Charlotte Nursery and Infant School

Nursery:

Morning session (15hrs):                     8.55am – 11.55am

Afternoon session (15hrs):                  12.20pm – 3.20pm

Full Day (30hrs):                               8.55am - 3.20pm 

Drop off:

The side gate will be opened at 8.55am and 12.20pm and the children are dropped off at the green Nursery gate. Nursery staff are available to talk to should you need to pass on any information.

Pick up:

The side gate and green wooden gate will be opened at 11.55am and 3.20pm and the children are collected from their Nursery bays.

Reception (Foundation Stage 2 – FS2):

Morning session:                      8.55am – 11.45am

Lunchbreak:                            11.45am – 1.00pm

Afternoon session:                    1.00 pm – 3.10pm

Drop Off:

The gate will be open to Reception children at 8.55am. All Reception classes use the top gate. The gate will be open for 5 minutes. Classroom staff will be available for you to pass on any messages. However, due to the busy nature of drop off you may prefer to send class teachers Dojo messages

Any child arriving after 9am please go to the top gate and buzz the office to let you in to school to sign your child in late.

Pick up:

Children are picked up from classroom doors. The gates will be open at 3.05pm and children will start leaving their classrooms at 3.10pm. We are a large and busy school and we appreciate your support in standing in each class’ waiting area, as well as your patience so we can ensure all children leave safely.

Key Stage 1 (Year 1 and Year 2):

Morning session:                    8.45am – 12.15pm

Lunchbreak:                          12.15pm – 1.30pm

Afternoon session:                  1.30 pm – 3.15pm

Drop Off:

The gate will be open to Key Stage 1 children at 8.45am. Elephant, Lion and Zebra classes please use the side gate. Lemur, Foxes and Leopard classes please use the top gate. The gate will be open for 10 minutes. Classroom staff will be available for you to pass on any messages. However, due to the busy nature of drop off you may prefer to send class teachers Dojo messages
